Can I switch or cancel my plan?
Yes. Contact us anytime via your account dashboard or our support email. Refunds are pro-rated for unused months.
Do inquiries cost extra?
No. Inquiries are unlimited on Pro and Premium plans. You only pay your monthly/yearly subscription.
Can I have multiple brands under one plan?
Each subscription covers one brand or product. If you own multiple brands, you can subscribe each separately.
