1. Scope of the Agreement
This Agreement is entered into between you (hereinafter the "Applicant") and this community platform (hereinafter the "Platform") regarding the application to add a brand or product to the Platform's leaderboards.
When you check "I have read and agree to the Listing Agreement" and submit your application, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
2. Listing Application Requirements
The Applicant must meet all of the following conditions to submit a listing application:
- The Applicant is the legal owner of the brand/product, or has obtained written authorization from the brand/product owner;
- The brand or product is legally operated in its jurisdiction with no material legal or regulatory violations;
- The Applicant has the capacity to independently bear civil liability;
- The submitted materials are true, accurate, and complete, and do not infringe on any lawful rights of any third party.
3. Authenticity of Brand / Product Information
The Applicant warrants that all information submitted (including but not limited to name, logo, description, official website, main products, and contact details) is true, accurate, and lawful.
3.1 Obligation to Maintain Information
When material changes occur to listed information (such as brand renaming, website changes, or change of ownership), the Applicant shall proactively update the information through the account center. Otherwise, the Platform reserves the right to make adjustments or delist as appropriate.
3.2 Platform Review Rights
The Platform reserves the right to review application materials manually or automatically, request supplementary materials, and reject listing applications. Review results will be communicated to the Applicant via in-platform messages.
4. Content Review and Ranking Rules
The display order on the leaderboards is dynamically generated based on factors such as user votes, verification status, and account activity. The Platform makes no commercial promises regarding final rankings.
- Free-listed brands/products participate in the ranking display by default, but certain advanced features (such as merchant cards and inquiry entrances) require the purchase of corresponding plans to unlock;
- Paid members (Pro / Premium) enjoy premium benefits such as display slots, badges, and data analytics as set forth in the Platform rules;
- Listed brand/product pages may display reviews, Q&A, and voting data submitted by other users. The Platform will manage such content in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Intellectual Property Statement
The Applicant shall ensure that it holds full and lawful intellectual property rights to, or has obtained lawful authorization for, all submitted content (images, text, logos, etc.).
The Applicant grants the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the aforementioned materials for leaderboard operations, promotion, media coverage, and similar purposes. In the event of any third-party rights claim, the Applicant shall bear all legal liability independently.
6. Voting and Anti-Fraud
The leaderboard follows the rule of "one vote per user, per brand, per day." The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Using scripts, bots, emulators, or other technical means to manipulate votes;
- Organizing or paying others to vote, or engaging in reciprocal voting;
- Maliciously reporting or attacking other listed brands or products;
- Stealing or forging others' accounts to cast votes.
7. Handling of Violations
If the Applicant violates this Agreement or applicable laws and regulations, the Platform has the right to take one or more of the following measures:
- Require rectification within a specified time;
- Delist the published brand/product page;
- Revoke membership benefits without refund;
- Permanently ban the account and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
8. Amendments and Termination
The Platform has the right to amend this Agreement based on business development, changes in laws and regulations, and other factors. Amendments will take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
If you do not accept the amended Agreement, you may contact customer support to request delisting of your listed brand/product. The Platform will complete the process within 7 business days.
The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where the Platform operates.
