Total beginner here. I’ve got about $200 to spend on my first home beauty device and I’m completely overwhelmed by all the options.
Main concerns: occasional breakouts, dull-looking skin, and mild morning puffiness. Not really focused on anti-aging yet (I’m 24).
Would you go for a cleansing brush, an LED mask, a microcurrent device, or something else entirely? I want one device that gives the most noticeable difference for someone just starting out.

For breakouts + dullness at 24, I'd skip the cleansing brush and go straight for an LED mask with red + blue light. Best ROI for those two concerns combined.
Microcurrent for the long game. Subtle but consistent results, and you'll appreciate it more as you hit your late 20s. LED is a fine alternative if you want quicker visible glow.
Honestly LED mask. Used mine every other day for 3 months — breakouts way less frequent and skin glows more. Easy 15 min while I scroll my phone. Beginner-friendly for sure.
I'd start with a $80 cleansing brush. Texture and dullness improve a lot just from better cleansing. Save the rest for actives like vitamin C or BHA — better bang for buck at 24.
For acne + dullness at 24 you don't need an expensive multi-function device. A solid LED mask (red + blue) handles both. Microcurrent is better suited 30+.
